Audi is implementing a significant price reduction on the absolute top versions of both the electric E-tron and E-tron Sportback. The 503 hp strong S versions are more than €16,000 cheaper than before, AutoWeek can report exclusively after a dive in the price lists.
Audi supplies both the E-tron and E-tron Sportback with two powertrains. The 408 hp 55 Quattro is an entry-level model, an engine version that has the 503 hp S Quattro above it. Audi does not mess with the prices of the E-trons 55 Quattro, but absolute top versions S Quattro are more than €16,000 cheaper.
Until recently, the Audi E-Tron S had a starting price of €102,690, but is immediately available for €86,400 in the order books. That means that the 503 hp top version has become no less than €16,290 cheaper, a price drop of 16 percent. The Audi E-Tron S Sportback drops by the same large 16 mille in price and now costs €88,800. The price difference with the 408 hp 55 Quattro has thus become considerably smaller. The E-tron 55 Quattro costs as an Edition at least €66,400 and the top version S Edition costs €79,400. The E-tron Sportback 55 Quattro costs as an Edition and as an S Edition, respectively, €68,800 and €81,800.
Audi’s E-trons S have two 503 hp and 808 Nm strong electric motors that help the electric SUVs to a speed of 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. Both the E-tron S and E-tron Sportback S reach a top speed of 210 km/h. The E-tron S squeezes 323 kilometers of range from its 95 kWh battery, the E-tron S Sportback comes marginally further with its range of 330 kilometers.
