Every now and then we pay attention to Mansory’s striking creations. And this time certainly, because the tuner went so far in tackling the Lamborghini Urus that it only has three doors after leaving the German tuner. Whether the result may be there, we leave in the middle. It is striking without a doubt.

After Mansory was repeatedly told by his undoubtedly eccentric customers that a three-door Lamborghini Urus might be a good idea, the Germans got to work. After – in their own words – a year and a half of development work, the result of that work is ready. We welcome: the Mansory Venatus Coupé Evo C. That is the three-door variant of the Mansory Venatus Evo S, which is a further squeezed out version of the ‘regular’ Mansory Venatus.

That means that the Urus-with-two-doors-less has a 900 hp and 1,100 Nm of torque strong variant of Lamborghini’s double-blown V8 in the front. With this, the creation sprints to 100 within 3 seconds and the peak is at 323 km / h, according to Mansory. To make the Urus a three-door, the front doors were extended by 20 centimeters and the B-pillar was moved back the same distance. In the places where the doors for the rear passengers are normally located, the tuner placed large air intakes. Whether they are also good for anything, we dare to doubt – but they do look ‘nice’ of course. Not then?

If you think so and you still have a few tons left, then you have to be quick. Mansory has the good intentions to build only eight copies of the Venatus Coupé Evo C and it is clear that not all of them have been sold yet. It will cost a lot more than a standard Lamborghini Urus, but to be fair: a 5- to 3-door conversion shows a lot of work and is truly special.
