Alpine A523 revealed: All F1 teams ready for 2023

As the last Formula 1 team, Alpine has now also unveiled its new battle weapon for the 2023 season. The next step is the winter test in Bahrain, which will take place next week.

Alpine shows the third Formula 1 car in its history; the A523. The team that operated under the Renault flag until 2021 clearly goes for recognisability with the color scheme. Again it is a mix of Alpine blue and the pink of main sponsor BWT. In Bahrain and Australia, Alpine also drives with an all-pink version. It all looks familiar, although it is noticeable that the French flag on the back of the hood is gone. Maybe it’s all French enough already with two French drivers in a French team. After all, Pierre Gasly succeeds Fernando Alonso who left for Aston Martin this year. He shares the team with Esteban Ocon.

Now that all cars have been presented, Formula 1 can prepare for the winter testing days in Bahrain. Next Thursday, Friday and Saturday (23 to 25 February) there will be driving at the Bahrain International Circuit. Only then will we really see what the new car looks like from various teams, such as the RB19 from Red Bull Racing. The following weekend it is then immediately time for the real work, with the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 5 as the season opener.
