Do you have an Apple TV+ subscription? Then you can rub your hands, because the movie Finch with Tom Hanks is extremely popular. We tell you more about this latest hit on Apple TV+!
Finch with Tom Hanks on Apple TV+
In a devastated world, Finch (Tom Hanks) searches for a new home along with his dog and homemade robot. After a large solar flare it is quite difficult to survive on Earth. The crops, the food: everything is gone. That doesn’t make it easy for the trio.

The Tom Hanks movie Finch is directed by Miguel Sapochnik, who has helmed a number of popular Game of Thrones episodes. The script was written by Craig Luck and Ivor Powell. Ivor has worked on films such as Blade Runner and Alien. By the way, the robot is played by Caleb Landry, who you may know from the movie Get Out of X-Men: First Class.
Apple had acquired the rights to the film Finch earlier this year for release on Apple TV+. It is the second movie with Tom Hanks that can now be found under the name Apple Originals. Greyhound’s first film was a true story set in World War II. That film received an Oscar nomination. Finch now also looks like a good contender to take home several awards.
