All birthdays in Google Calendar

Turn on the ‘Birthdays’ option in Google Calendar. The birthdays of friends, family and other contacts are then automatically added to your calendar.


Put someone’s birthday in Google Calendar? Then first add the contact to Google Contacts via the computer or an Android device, and enter his or her date of birth. Is the person already in your contacts, but forgot to set a birthday? Then adjust it like this on the computer:

  • Open Google Contacts.
  • Click on the left if necessary Contacts.
  • Click the name or email address of the person whose birthday you want to add.
  • In the window that opens, click the pencil icon Edit contact details in Google Calendar.
  • click on Show more.
  • Scroll down and click Birthday.
  • Enter the date of birth of the contact person, for example ’26-10-1993′.
  • click on Save.
  • Click on the cross at the top right.

Sometimes the entered birthdays are not in the calendar. Then enable the ‘Birthdays’ option first. It works like this on the PC:

  • Go to Google Calendar.
  • Click on the ‘Main menu’ icon at the top left Main menu.
  • Put a check in front of ‘My calendars’ birthdays.

The birthdays appear in the calendar.

Sometimes the entered birthdays are not in the calendar. Then enable the ‘Birthdays’ option first. This is how it works in the Google Calendar app:

  • Tap the app agenda from Google.
  • Tap the “Main Menu” icon at the top left Main menu.
  • Scroll down.
  • Put a check in birthdays.

The birthdays appear in the calendar.

Many appointments in the agenda? Make birthdays stand out more with a cheerful color.

  • In Google Calendar, click the ‘Main menu’ icon at the top left Main menu.
  • Hover over the text ‘Birthdays’.
  • A three-dot icon appears Institutions. Click on this.
  • Click on the desired color.

All birthdays in the calendar have the set color.

  • In Google Calendar, tap the “Main Menu” icon at the top left Main menu.
  • Tap on Institutions.
  • Tap on birthdays.
  • Tap on Colour.
  • Tap the desired color.
  • Tap the left arrow twice to return to the calendar.

All birthdays in the calendar have the set color.
