In the United States, there is already an RS 660 cup, and an RS 457 cup could soon be added. The Aprilia RS 457 Trophy, intended for bikes with the Racing Kit, will make its debut with two races in September and October. These races will give a preview of the extensive calendar of the Aprilia RS 457 Trophy 2025.
Eventi 2 Ruote organises this competition to introduce young riders to the circuit with a machine that is – to quote a competitor’s slogan – ready to race. The 2024 races will take place on 8 September in Cremona, together with the FMI Cup, and on 6 October in Misano, together with the Italian Cup.
Aprilia unveiled the RS 457 at EICMA 2023, along with the Racing Trophy Kit. This kit transforms the RS 457 into a true racing bike. Thanks to an excellent technical base, it is accessible to everyone, allowing young riders to get started in the racing world in a simple and cost-effective way.
The RS 457 Racing Trophy Kit enhances the excellent characteristics of the standard bike with key components. These include a racing ECU (Engine Control Unit), an exhaust system developed with SC Project, Aprilia Racing’s MotoGP partner, a racing air filter from Sprint Filter, a plastic fairing set with fiberglass tank cover and tailpiece, as well as racing switches and buttons from Jet Prime.
