These are difficult times for Aston Martin owners too, so the illustrious British brand caters to its customers with more warranty and less maintenance.
Owners of an Aston Martin whose warranty has expired or will expire after March 14 will retain the manufacturer’s warranty until June 30. For Chinese Aston Martin drivers, this applies even to all warranties that have expired this year, as the lock-down was previously in place there. The reason is, of course, that there is now hardly any driving done by the corona virus.
In addition, Aston Martin eases the terms of that warranty. Where it is normally mandatory to strictly observe the prescribed maintenance intervals, it is now allowed to wait until the corona storm has blown over. Practicability also plays a major role here, since not every dealer is now open or is able to schedule maintenance intervals.
