Tablets are an ideal solution for those who want an Android experience on a larger screen. You can only use that extra screen space in different ways. In this AW Pol we ask you what you use your tablet for.
Android Tablets
Android tablets are getting a second life from Google. In 2011, Google optimized Android for large screens for the first time with the Honeycomb update, but over the years Android tablets received much less attention and the iPad in particular has broken through among consumers.
In previous years, the demand for tablets increased and Google is therefore giving itself a second chance. With the improvements in Android 12L and Android 13, Android’s interface and apps should make much better use of the extra screen space. As a result of the growing success of tablets, we see many more brands venturing into a first tablet. Just think of the Realme Pad, the Nokia T20 and the OPPO Pad.
AW Poll
What do you use the extra screen space of a tablet for? Do you prefer watching movies and series or do you like to play games on the bigger screen? Another possibility is that you like to edit documents or make drawings? Is your tablet mainly in a forgotten cupboard, eating some dust?
Cast your vote in the poll and tell us more about how you use your tablet in the comments.
