The features of the AirPods Pro 2 and the Beats Studio Buds Plus are not very different. However, there are a few important differences.
Design and colors
The first thing you notice is the design. The AirPods Pro 2 have a stem, while the Beats Studio Buds Plus are more compact and fit in your ear without a stem.
There are also differences in the colors. The AirPods Pro 2 are only available in white, while the Beats Studio Buds Plus are available in multiple colors (transparent, black and white).
Noise cancellation and Find My
Both earbuds have active noise cancellation (ACN). But the noise canceling of the AirPods Pro 2 is just a little bit better and blocks out more ambient noise. The battery life of the Beats Studio Buds Plus is 6 hours with ANC and 9 hours without. The case then gives you an extra 30 hours of music.
The AirPods Pro 2 lasts about 5 hours with ANC and 6 hours without. The case also provides about 30 hours of extra music for the AirPods Pro 2. They can both charge very quickly: after five minutes of charging you can listen to music for another hour.

Other functions
The AirPods Pro 2 and the charging case are dust, sweat and water resistant with an IPX4 rating, while the Beats Studio Buds Plus only have this rating; the case is not water resistant.
AirPods Pro 2 have features like automatic switching between Apple devices. The Beats Studio Buds Plus do not switch automatically. But the Beats do have better support for Android.
The stems of the AirPods Pro 2 are pressure-sensitive, allowing you to control music and adjust the volume by swiping. The Beats Studio Buds Plus have physical buttons on the earbuds for control. Both support ‘Hey Siri’.

The Studio Buds + have better (active) noise cancellation compared to the original Studio Buds. They also have a longer battery life, as with ANC they last about 6 hours, without ANC up to 9 hours. In combination with the charging case, they have a total listening time of up to 36 hours.
For comparison, the original Studio Buds provide approximately 5 hours of listening pleasure with ANC enabled. Without ANC that is up to 8 hours, with a total battery life of 24 hours including the case.
Colors and other functions
The Beats Studio Buds + are available in three colors: transparent, white and black. The Beats Studio Buds in black, red and white. The Beats Studio Buds + also come with an extra set of silicone earbuds in an extra small size.
Furthermore, the Studio Buds+ are equipped with better microphones. This ensures slightly better call quality and noise reduction during telephone calls.
On the other hand, the Beats Studio Buds Plus are somewhat more expensive. If you want to spend less, the cheap Beats Studio Buds are the better choice.
