Bentley and Jaguar Land Rover are also closing factories

The list of automakers closing the gates of their factories to prevent further spread of the coronavirus is getting longer again today. Both Bentley and Jaguar Land Rover have announced that they will temporarily close their production locations.

As of today, Bentley will lock the doors of his factory in Crewe, UK, for the next four weeks. Obviously, the closure is related to the coronavirus. In recent days, one after the other car manufacturer closed the gates of its production sites, both in Europe and beyond.

Jaguar Land Rover also reports that it will close its production facilities in the UK for at least four weeks. If all goes well, the factories will be put back into use in the week of April 20. The factory owned by Jaguar Land Rover with joint venture partner Chery reopened last month after being closed for some time. The factories that Jaguar Land Rover has in India and Brazil will continue to operate as yet.
