Bentley dresses Flying Spur more sporty

The Bentley Flying Spur is probably not exactly the Bentley that you associate with sporty driving, but according to the brand that is not right. To emphasize the sporty genes a bit more, the huge sedan can now also be decorated with carbon fiber accents.

A century ago, Bentleys were the undisputed kings of the asphalt when it came to speed. The already enormous battleships left the competition far behind, often especially on oval racing tracks. Nowadays they are still very fast mastodons, but you have to knock at Bentley for a Continental GT to still be sporty. However, that does not mean that you cannot be on your way very quickly with a Flying Spur. To make it appear more sporty on the scene, it can now be dressed with a Sporting bodykit.

In short, this means that the Flying Spur is thickened all around with carbon fiber panels. For example, we see a carbon fiber splitter under the front bumper, subtle side skirts of the same material adorn under the sills and a real (but subtle) carbon fiber diffuser is added at the rear. As icing on the cake, Bentley sticks a rear spoiler, also made of the light material, on the tailgate. It’s all pretty subtle and that’s not a bad choice. The Flying Spur should of course look classy. However, this is not out of place, or is it a bit of swearing in church?
