Bridgestone has expanded the range for all-road motorcycles with the Adventure Trail AT41, a tire with off-road looks, a redesigned profile and new touring compound for great performance on both dry and wet asphalt.
Three years ago Bridgestone launched the A41, for adventurous motorcycles such as the Africa Twin, GS or Super Adventure, but precisely from that market came the demand for a tire with a tougher profile that fits seamlessly with the sturdy image of the bicycle.
Bridgestone has taken that comment to heart, resulting in the now announced AT41. The Adventure Trail AT41 has tough off-road looks and if we can believe Bridgestone, it didn’t just stay with a tough look.
Bridgestone claims the AT41 delivers great performance on dry roads and goes even further by labeling the traction, grip and braking performance in the wet as incredible. A tire that ensures a safe and comfortable journey in all weather conditions.
The new off-road profile of the Bridgestone Battlax Adventure Trail AT41 has optimized tread groove design for improved water drainage, contributing to the tire’s impressive wet performance.
This is due to the increased groove volumes and a more even distribution of the grooves over the contact surface. The tire’s newly designed tread blocks reduce wear on the shoulders, while the optimized carcass, together with the new profile, provides excellent stability.
The Battlax Adventure Trail AT41’s touring compound – with 3LC construction for the rear tire – provides excellent dry, wet and longevity performance, according to Bridgestone.
Bridgestone’s latest on-road adventure tire will be available from February 2022 in nine sizes (4 front and 5 rear tire sizes), all bearing the M+S marking. With this selection there is almost always a suitable Battlax Adventure AT41 tire for every motorcycle in the Adventure segment.
