CBR: No exam after travel to risk area

The CBR has taken extra measures to contain the spread of the corona virus. For example, people who have recently traveled to a risk area are not allowed to take a driving test and are not allowed to come to the CBR.

If candidates notify the CBR of their vacation plans, their exam will be postponed for them. Also trainers and participants of a training who go to risk areas are not allowed to come to the CBR afterwards.

From now on, a mouth mask may have to be worn in examination centers. That differs per location. In addition, the training car must be aired for seven minutes before each exam and the conditions for moving an exam have been tightened.

Due to the corona crisis, the CBR decided this spring that expired driving licenses will be valid for longer. The European Commission extended that scheme in June. Driving licenses are valid for seven months longer throughout Europe. This period starts on the date on which the driving license expires.
