A year after the introduction of the 700CL-X Heritage, CFMoto has launched the second variant of the CL-X theme, the 700CL-X Sport. With clip-ons, 17″ Maxxis rubber and wave-type discs with Brembo Stylema brakes, the 700CL-X Sport has a significantly sportier approach.

A modern interpretation of the café racer, that is the 700CL-X Sport in a nutshell, which is the second version of the 700CL-X after the 700CL-X Heritage and which will later be launched with a third Adventure variant. put.
The single-seat saddle, the low-positioned clip-ons and the relatively high-positioned footrests, everything seems to be aimed at the CL-X Sport to create an uncompromising seating position, as befits a real cafe racer. Uncompromising, but damn cool to watch. The cool minuscule windshield, the round bar-end mirrors and the large amount of carbon complete the picture.
Like the Heritage, the 700CL-X Sport was designed by CFMoto’s European design team, with the attention to detail supposedly contributing to the eye-catching aesthetic. The neo-retro design combines classic elements with modern aspects.
The beating heart of the 700CL-X Sport is a 693cc parallel twin, good for 73 horsepower top power at 8,500 rpm and 68 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. Other technical features of this engine include the slipper clutch, Bosch fuel injection, split connecting rods and forged pistons.
Ride-by-wire throttle control allowed the 700CL-X to be equipped with one-touch cruise control and two riding modes (Eco and Sport). This, and the adaptive headlight, are unique features for a motorcycle in this segment, according to the Chinese. The Continental 2-channel ABS, the full LED lighting (with automatically extinguishing indicators) and a USB connection under the seat complete the picture.

The CFMoto 700CL-X Sport is available in different colors, as long as it is white. Now available at the CFMoto dealer for the price of € 9,099 in the Netherlands and € 7,999 at our southern neighbors.
