Citroën is expanding the price list of the brand new C4 with a number of power sources. The C4 was already available with the PureTech 130 petrol engine and was already on the delivery list as a fully electric ë-C4. A new petrol and diesel version are now added.
Citroën puts the more powerful 1.2 PureTech 155 on the Dutch price list, a petrol engine that is logically a step above the already famous 1.2 PureTech with 130 hp. Where the Citroën C4 PureTech 130 can be ordered with both manual and eight-speed automatic transmission, the French only supply the PureTech 155 in combination with the latter automatic transmission. There is also less to choose in terms of versions. The Feel ignores the nose of the C4 PureTech 155. The only version is the Shine positioned above it. The starting price of the Citroën C4 PureTech 155 is € 33,740, which is € 2,500 more expensive than the C4 PureTech 130 with automatic transmission.
Citroën also supplies a diesel engine in the new C4, the BlueHDi 130, which, like the PureTech 155, is only available with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 130 hp diesel can be ordered in combination with the Feel, Feel Edition and Shine versions and with prices of € 31,990, € 33,390 and € 34,740 successively. This self-igniter can also be combined with the Business Plus version specifically aimed at the business driver, for which Citroën charges € 32,440.
