With the original Chief as one of the world’s most iconic motorcycles since its birth in 1921, Indian Motorcycle decided to design a modern version to be presented in 2021 to mark its 100th anniversary. The Sport Chief is now the fourth model in the family.

To support the 2023 launch and reward fans of both brands who value quality and beauty, Indian Motorcycle has partnered with Lebois & Co, the luxury watch brand that specializes in reviving vintage models. They are no strangers to preserving historical heritage. Both brands share a passion for quality design and technology.

By putting two and two together, Lebois & Co set out to create a modified version of their previously released Heritage Chronograph. The Heritage Chronograph’s dial, hands, tachymeter, fonts and colors reference the history of both brands. The result is a unique collector’s item that will rev up the motor of any vintage watch enthusiast.

‘Ultimate Matching Numbers’

Lebois & Co goes one step further: for the buyer who orders the Sport Chief in combination with this time instrument, the VIN number of the motorcycle is engraved on the back of the watch case to emphasize the uniqueness of the strap.

Added to the mix is ​​a very special box with an engraved plaque also showing the motorcycle’s VIN number, completed with a Certificate of Authenticity.

For owners of another Indian Motorcycle model, it is possible to purchase the chronograph and have the VIN number engraved on the case at cost. The watch comes without the aforementioned box and certificate.
