Since last year you can put widgets on the screen of your iPhone, but this concept shows that iOS 15 can improve a lot.
Interactive widgets are crucial for iOS 15
With WWDC developer show on the horizon, it has been nearly a year since iOS 14 was unveiled. The option to place widgets on your home screen was one of the most important improvements and a year later there are already many apps that have their own widget.

Still, this leaves iOS 15 concept of it 9to5Mac see that there is still a lot of room for improvement. For example, there are many Apple apps (such as the calculator) that still do not have a widget and some widgets are not very functional.
There is an important reason for this: widgets are not yet interactive enough. As a result, they now only show information and you still have to open the app itself to actually perform a task. This concept shows how the addition of interactivity can bring about major changes.
Imagine, for example, a HomeKit widget, where you can put the four main lights in and turn them on and off directly from your home screen. Or a Phone widget, with shortcuts for your favorite contacts. A small audiobook or podcast widget that allows you to continue listening right away by tapping the widget would also be a welcome addition.

You can expect this from iOS 15
The widget concept clearly shows that Apple can further expand existing functions to improve their functionality. From rumors that have surfaced in recent months, iOS 15 also seems to be mainly an update that further expands current functions. For example, the company would come up with a new notification function, with which you can turn the notifications of specific apps on and off based on your location.
