Denisova-Erbgut could have relieved America’s settlement

When the ancestors of today’s Native Americans populated the new continent for the first time many thousand years ago, an early -human gene variant could have helped them. A study shows that the immune gen muc19 is available in a variant for many people with indigenous American descent that originally goes back to the Denisova early people spreading in Asia.
