We see no fewer than four new watch faces in watchOS 9. These all have an astronomy theme. In addition, the EKG app supports new health functions and your Apple Watch will soon be able to track your sleep even better. That’s how it knows if you’re in REM, core, or deep sleep.
With the new Medication app, watchOS 9 allows you to manage your medications and other supplements. You’ll even see reminders on your Apple Watch when it’s time to take them. We also see these new functions in watchOS 9 beta 6. In addition to health functions, the Workout app will also receive additions to improve your sports performance.

Installing WatchOS 9: what you need
