Ducati is doing well in 2021: best 3rd quarter ever

The third quarter of 2021 is confirmed as the best in Ducati’s history, with growth of +3% compared to the same period in 2020 and +25% compared to 2019. At the end of September, the largest market for motorcycle delivery remains that of Italy (7,954), followed by the United States (7,475) and Germany (5,627).

Francesco Milicia, Ducati VP Global Sales and After Sales:
“Ducati closed the first nine months of the year with sales volumes already exceeding the full year 2020, both for its motorcycles and for after-sales products such as clothing, accessories and parts.

The growth we are experiencing is spread across all major markets where Ducati is present and extends across all product families. We are very pleased with the results achieved: the Ducatisti community is growing all over the world and the most influential magazines in the motorcycle world award important awards to Ducati motorcycles.

This is a source of pride and satisfaction for us here in Borgo Panigale and in all Ducati subsidiaries worldwide. The brand is now more solid and valued than ever and we are already focused on next year.

In these weeks, we present to the general public the new products for the coming year, through the web series Ducati World Premiere 2022.”

The appreciation for Ducati, according to the Italians, is confirmed by the fact that all product families have grown throughout the year. The most sold bikes are the Multistrada V4, which is the best-selling model all year, followed by the Ducati Scrambler 800 family, the Streetfighter V4 and, right after that, the Monster.

Ducati has already started presenting the new products of the 2022 range. The first episode of the Ducati World Premiere was dedicated to the new Multistrada V2, a comfortable, fun, versatile and technologically advanced two-cylinder motorcycle that represents the new entry into the Multistrada universe.

The new models of the Ducati Scrambler world have also been unveiled, with the arrival of the new Ducati Scrambler 1100 Tribute PRO released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the introduction of the air-cooled twin-cylinder engine on a Ducati and incorporate a number of stylistic elements typical of the 1970s era. On the other hand, the 800 family is extended by the Ducati Scrambler Urban Motard, a motorcycle made to stand out in an urban environment through a combination of style, sportiness and fun.
