Ducati has put another limited version of the Diavel on the market. While the previous one was the result of a collaboration with Lamborghini, this time the Italians have teamed up with Bentley. The Ducati Diavel for Bentley is produced in a series of 500+50 units, with the latter reserved for Bentley customers.
While with Diavel Lamborghini there was an obvious link between Ducati and Lamborghini, which had been a sponsor of the Pramac Racing Ducati team for years, there is no link whatsoever between Ducati and Bentley, except that they are both part of the VW group and both under the Audi umbrella falls.
According to Ducati, the Diavel for Bentley is inspired by the Bentley Batur and the bike was designed at the Centro Stile Ducati in collaboration with Bentley designers. According to Ducati, mainly the horizontal lines and the side view have been taken from the limited series model handmade by Bentley.
The color Scarab Green, refined and rich in metallic tones, comes from the Bentley Mulliner palette and is used throughout the fairings. According to Ducati, the aggressive lines of the Diavel V4 have been thoroughly revised through the technical components.
The forged wheels, designed and made for this motorcycle, are intended to be reminiscent of the car’s shapes and are painted in Dark Titanium Satin, leaving some machined surfaces visible.
The side air intakes reflect the two-tone grille, one of the most recognizable elements of the Batur. The triangular elements at the rear refer to the corresponding body parts of the car.
The front fender, fairing and top view of the tank are reminiscent of the ribs on the bonnet, while the monoseat rear, which, by the way, can be replaced by a passenger seat, takes many styling cues from the double-layer extractor at the rear of the Bentley.
The seat, in black Alcantara, is inspired by the car’s interior and is precision crafted, revealing the underlying red fabric with the same texture as that of the Batur seats and with the Bentley logo embroidered on the rear cushion. The dual exhaust, with cover, has been redesigned to harmonize with the refined lines of the motorcycle.
The Diavel for Bentley is produced in a limited and numbered edition of 500 units, and Ducati also offers a series of only 50 units, called the Diavel for Bentley Mulliner. These 50 pieces will be exclusively available to Bentley customers, who can determine the colors of their Diavel themselves in collaboration with the designers at the Centro Stile Ducati.
Of course you will also receive a certificate of authenticity, as well as a passenger seat and a motorcycle cover. The model name and unit production number are engraved on a plaque in the carbon fiber cover on the right side of the motorcycle.
Both the dashboard, equipped with a turn-by-turn navigator as standard, and the LED matrix of the rear light cluster offer a special animation when turning on the key, making the Diavel for Bentley even more unmistakable. Finally, each Diavel for Bentley is delivered in an exclusive, personalized wooden box.
The collaboration between the two manufacturers has also led to the creation of a Capsule Collection, reserved for Diavel for Bentley owners, which allows customers to complete their look with a jet helmet and a technical jacket (available in both men’s and women’s versions) in a limited edition, characterized by a color scheme that reflects that of the motorcycle.
