Smallest also electric
The all-new Ford Transit Courier is almost ready. Later this week, Ford will pull the curtain off its smallest van and we will immediately be presented with a fully electric powertrain.
Later this week, on Thursday to be precise, Ford will present the all-new Transit Courier. The smallest orderer, which shares its base with the Fiesta and Puma, immediately appears with an electric powertrain. Not much is known about that yet, but it’s certainly interesting to see what it can do. The upcoming electric Puma will probably get similar hardware.
The appearance becomes special. Spy photos already showed that the Transit Courier is getting a pretty chunky nose and thus seems to take some distance from what we currently know from European Fords. The Transit Courier thus gets a clearly different nose than its bigger brother Transit/Tourneo Connect on a Volkswagen Caddy basis.

Ford’s smallest orderer will therefore immediately be launched on the market as a fully electric van, but you can also count on variants with a combustion engine. There is also a passenger version in the barrel, which is logically called Ford Tourneo Courier. We recently received a sign of life from this.
