Email a picture in Outlook
Outlook is the mail program of Office Outlook. There is also an online version of Outlook.com. In this article we discuss the Outlook program, not the online version.
Add a photo to your email in the program:
- Click on the ‘Home’ tab at the top left new e-mail.
- Enter the recipient’s email address in the “To” box.
- Indicate in the box behind ‘Subject’ what the email is about.
- Click in the large white box and type the text of your email.
- In the Ribbon, click on the tab Insert > File.
- A list of files may open. Click at the bottom Search on PC.
- The Explorer opens. Browse to the folder containing the photo and click on the photo.
- click on Insert.
- The photo will be added to the email. Press the button Send to send the email.
