The social network has just added new options to its data transfer tool. You can now export your posts and notes to Google Docs or WordPress.
The Facebook portability module comes has new options. After photos and videos, the platform’s data transfer tool allows you to transfer your posts and notes for use on third-party services.
For now, it is possible to transfer this data to Google Docs, as well as to the WordPress blog platform. Facebook is also planning to integrate Blogger, the blog hosting service owned by Google, in the near future. Here’s how to transfer all your Facebook posts and notes.

1. Go to Facebook
If you haven’t already, open your web browser and go to Facebook to sign in to your account.
Go on facebook (Free)
2. Go to Settings
From the main Facebook page, click on the drop-down menu represented by a small arrow pointing down, at the top right of the interface, and click on Settings and privacy.

In the next menu, click on Settings to access your Facebook account settings.

In the left column at the top, click Your Facebook Info. In the main pane, click View in the Transfer a copy of your information line.

You should then be prompted to enter your password to validate your identity and access your data.

3. Select the data to transfer
In the Transfer a copy of your information window, in step 1, select Publications or Notes.
Then click on the Choose destination drop-down menu in step 3, and select the service to which you want to transfer your data. Click on Next.

4. Transfer the data
The next window invites you to connect to your account on the service selected for the transfer. Select your account, validate the various access authorizations requested by clicking on Authorize.

Then confirm your choice by clicking the Authorize button again.

Finally, confirm the transfer authorization by clicking on the Confirm transfer button.

The transfer process then starts and takes place in the background. It may take some time and can be stopped at any time by clicking the Stop button. Once the transfer is complete, you will receive a notification on Facebook letting you know.

You can follow the progress of the transfer process by going directly to the platform of your choice. In our example with Google Docs, all Facebook posts end up as an individual document in Google Docs.
They can be managed more easily by going directly to Google Drive or a directory Transferred Docs grouping together all the transferred publications, was created.
