For Caterpillars Never Enough
You would think that you would not be short of power in the 1,000 hp Ferrari SF90 Spider. Especially for the Caterpillars Never Enough, the German tuner Novitec has developed a more than 1,100 hp powerful variant that destroys every hairstyle and sends every hairpiece to the hairy afterlife.
With its system output of 1,000 hp, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale and its Spider version in its cut-out is by far the most powerful model the Maranello brand has to offer. The plug-in hybrid exotic has a 780 hp 4.0 liter V8 with two turbos that gets help from not one and not two, but no less than three electric motors. With that you pull every vowel out of the street, but in supercarland 1,000 hp is not always enough. Novitec offers a solution for those who want more. The tuner previously pulled two pumped-up versions of the SF90 Stradale from his bag of tricks and now gives the open Ferrari SF90 Spider a power cure.
Notivec rewrites the engine management system of the mighty eight-cylinder and brings a special exhaust system to the cream of the crop, resulting in a power increase of 109 hp and 118 Nm. You read that right, Novitec’s Ferrari SF90 Spider delivers 1,109 horsepower. The original was already able to ram from standstill to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and this extra potent version grinds off another 0.1 second from that time. A barely noticeable difference, but you will undoubtedly trump someone with it during a circle discussion with your supercar friends. The top speed is the same as the original at 340 km/h. The Novitec SF90 Spider accelerates to 200 km/h in just 6.5 seconds. During that sprint, the Novitec variant takes more distance from an unchanged copy. The SF90 Spider that Ferrari delivers to you takes 0.5 seconds longer for the same sprint.
The Ferrari SF90 Spider is fitted with 21 inch lightweight wheels from Vossen by Novitec and is further packed on the outside with a relatively subtle collection of carbon fiber extras. Novitec also offers a set of sports springs that bring the SF90 Spider 3 centimeters at the front and 2.5 centimeters closer to the asphalt at the rear. With the push of a button, the nose of the SF90 rises 4 centimeters. Handy for speed bumps, because you will have to take those with your very strong Italian just like any other road user.
