Fiat adds a new version of the 500 to the order list. The Fiat 500 Connect is on many fronts just a bit more complete than the entry-level version.
Currently, the price list of the (non-electric) Fiat 500 starts at €16,050. Then you get the Fiat 500 Cult, for €3,000 more you have the Fiat 500 Cabrio in that version. Those who want more and can spend more, had to go one step higher in the price list on the Fiat 500 Dolcevita or for a little more the Fiat 500 Hey Google. Now, however, there is a version between the basic version (Cult) and the Dolcevita. It listens to the name Connect.
The Fiat 500 Connect has extras compared to the standard equipment such as 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, six speakers instead of two, cruise control, a steering wheel covered with leatherette and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. There are also sportier designed bumpers. What the name Connect mainly refers to, however, is that the 500 in that version has the Uconnect system on board, which works on a 7-inch infotainment screen. That can handle Android Auto and Apple Carplay. You can also connect devices via bluetooth and you have DAB radio at your disposal.
The Fiat 500 Connect is available immediately from €17,850, the Fiat 500 Cabrio Connect from €20,850.
