‘The most sustainable supercar in the world’

Fisker has released more information and decent footage of the brand new Rōnin. The Fisker Rōnin is more than just an interesting car because of its appearance, because it has to go up to 965 kilometers on a full battery.
At the beginning of August, Fisker conjured up not one and not two, but three new models from its top hat. The Rōnin and Pear, together with the pick-up called Alaska, were lifted onto the stage with some fanfare. The Pear is probably the most interesting of the bunch for European consumers, while the Rōnin operates at the other end of the spectrum. Fisker describes the Rōnin as a ‘Super GT Convertible’. That sounds very enthusiastic, but in any case it is armed to the teeth with EV power and with a special carriage.
Fisker Rōnin: a remarkable appearance when closed.
The Fisker Rōnin is a special model. It is a five-seater convertible with butterfly doors at the front. folding rear doors and a folding roof made of carbon fiber. This time we can show you the Rōnin much better. The four-wheel drive EV must be able to zoom from standstill to 97 km/h (60 mph) in about 2 seconds thanks to three electric motors with a total of about 1,000 horsepower and would only stop accelerating at 275 km/h. According to Fisker, the Rōnin is capable of outperforming any supercar or at least being on a par. In any case, Fisker does not seem to be short of self-confidence. In addition, the Rōnin must be able to achieve a range of ‘about 965 kilometers’. Fiercely.
Fisker Ronin.
According to Fisker, the Rōnin is packed with software and hardware that should enable autonomous driving. The car is built around an aluminum frame, stands at 23-inches carbon wheels and has an interior that, according to its creators, is at least partly made up of sustainable or recycled materials. A 17.1-inch infotainment screen ticks off the ‘displays’ heading.
As you no doubt imagined, the Fisker Rōnin is certainly not going to be a bargain. His starting price is set at €350,000. Delivery of the first units will begin in the second half of 2025 and there will be only 999 units.
