Hide and use my e-mail address

If you register yourself for a specific newsletter or create an account, you must of course specify an e-mail address. A disadvantage of newsletters is that registering is often a piece of cake, but unsubscribe is sometimes made almost impossible. The iCloud+ function ‘Hide my e-mail’ changes this.
With the ‘Hide my e-mail’ option you no longer have to specify your ‘real’ e-mail address, but you can automatically create an alias. You will receive the new messages via the alias address and these are automatically forwarded to an e-mail address that is active on your device. Undo send e-mail on an iPhone, iPad or Mac

It has probably happened to you that you accidentally sent an e-mail message, while that was not the intention. To prevent this in the future, you can undo sending an e-mail message.
Once you have sent an e-mail message you can stop sending within a certain time. If this period has expired, the message will be sent. You can determine the time yourself and whether you want to use this function.
