- 200ml of water

And this is how the preparation of the flaxseed tea works:
- In a large mug or small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of crushed or ground flaxseed.
- Pour about 200 milliliters of water over the seeds and let them soak for half an hour.
- Stir every now and then.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer and collect the liquid in a mug.
- Drink the tea cold or warm it up in a pot.
