Pathé Thuis offers a free film every day from Monday 6 April to 28 April. Normally you have to pay for this. Due to the corona crisis, you can watch a free movie every day for 23 days in April.
Pathé Home April action: a free movie every day
Like many other companies, Pathé has now also devised an action to get through this difficult time. A free movie will be offered every day between Monday 6 and Tuesday 28 April. After all, cinemas are closed and Pathé is responding to that.
For 23 days, a different film is on the program every day. The titles are selected by Pathé itself, so you cannot choose yourself. The company does promise that there is something for everyone, from sweet rom-coms to terrifying thrillers.
How do I watch such a free movie?
To take advantage of the promotion, you have to do something yourself. Pathé will share a code for the film of that day every morning at 8 a.m. from Monday. These codes are shared via the social media channels of the cinema chain. So keep an eye on it!
Did you get a code? You use this to claim the free film of that day via the Pathé Thuis app on your iPhone and iPad. Please note: the code is valid until 23:59 of that day. Are you late? Then you can no longer watch the free movie, unless you put money down for it of course.
Pathé would like to keep the film schedule of this action month a surprise. This means that you only know which movie you can watch on the day itself. To warm up the audience a bit, the first three titles have been announced. We now know that we can at least watch ‘Rambo Last Blood’, ‘Midway’ and ‘Housewives Don’t Exist’.
