Google recently introduced Gemini 3 Pro, Google’s newest and most intelligent AI model yet. You need to know this.
Google comes with Gemini 3 Pro
According to Google, Gemini has advanced reasoning skills and is able to understand depth and nuances. The model can also better understand the context and intent behind a question, allowing it to provide more relevant answers. Google claims that Gemini 3 Pro is the best model in the world for multimodal understanding and outperforms Gemini 2.5 Pro.
For example, Gemini 3 can decipher handwritten recipes in different languages and translate them into a cookbook. It can also analyze videos of your pickleball match, pinpoint where you can improve, and generate a training plan for improvements to your overall form.
Gemini 3 Pro is currently rolling out across all Google platforms. AI Mode in Search will use Gemini 3 for new generative UI experiences. Google AI Ultra subscribers can use Gemini 3 with Gemini Agent. Google plans to add additional models to the Gemini 3 series soon.
Gemini 3 Deep Think
Google released Gemini 3 Deep Think mode at the same time. Gemini 3 Deep Think is even more intelligent and, according to Google, can solve more complex problems than Gemini 3 Pro. It pushes the boundaries of intelligence even further and delivers a step change in Gemini 3’s capabilities for reasoning and multimodal understanding. Gemini 3 Deep Think will be available to Google AI Ultra subscribers in the coming weeks.
Renewed app and interface
As part of the Gemini 3 launch, Google has redesigned the Gemini app to give it a more modern look. Google says it’s now easier to start chats and find images, videos and reports you’ve created in a special folder. There are also new interfaces, including a visual layout that uses photos and modules.
