On October 19, Google will launch the new Pixel 6 series. Google now also has the live stream revealed where the launch is for everyone to follow.

For the first time, Google has released tons of details about its Pixel phones ahead of time. Along with the many rumors, the new Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro don’t hold many secrets for us anymore. Nevertheless, we are eagerly looking forward to the new smartphones, because they are from Google and:
- running on the new Android 12
- having a periscope camera for the first time (6 Pro)
- have a custom made Tensor chipset
- blurry toddlers can focus
- and get at least five years of security updates
The Pixel 6 Pro is also rumored to have a 6.71-inch AMOLED screen, while the regular Pixel 6 has a smaller 6.4-inch screen. Another difference between the devices is in the camera. The regular Pixel 6 has a 50MP main camera and a 12MP wide-angle sensor.
Google Pixel 6 pricing and availability
Unfortunately, Google has no special plans to prevent the availability of the smartphones in more countries. The new Pixel phones will only be available in these eight countries. So a trip to Germany is coming up again. We will probably have to deposit 649 euros for the Pixel 6 and 899 euros for the Pixel 6 Pro at the checkout.
