While they seem plentiful on paper, few solutions work satisfactorily. There is, however, an extension for Google Chrome that gets the job done quickly and without you having to do anything complicated.
1. Download the extension

2. Go to Instagram
Now go to Instagram from your web browser. Then log into your account and navigate to your profile page.
3. Upload your content
At the top right of the window, a new button, showing a down arrow has appeared. Click on it and check that the number of posts found by the extension matches the number of photos / videos in your account. If not, scroll within the page for them to load in the browser.

Then click on the “Download” button. The extension prepares the files and, after a few seconds, retrieves them from Instagram’s servers as a zipped archive on your computer.
