Open your favorite web browser and go to Arcep’s official platform, My Internet Connection. Accessible free of charge, the data it provides dates from the third quarter of 2020. It is therefore possible that the data concerning your address are not yet up to date.

2. Find your address
In the first search field, Enter your municipality, at the top left, type the name of your municipality. Wait a moment while the search engine suggests the name of your city. Click on it to validate.
Now enter your address in the field below. Wait a moment longer, and click on the full address suggested by the service to validate it.
3. Compare the offers
At this point, My Internet connection displays your address on the map and reveals a comparative table of all the available offers, classified by technology, with for each of them the maximum theoretical speed offered.
