The product box is indeed hefty, but once unpacked, the size of this desktop is actually not that bad. All components are housed in a modest screen housing with thin edges. Ideal for tight workplaces! The weight is about ten kilos. For example, you can easily move the Envy 27-cp0350nd from the desk to the kitchen table.
The aluminum and plastic housing feels solid. Pluses are the height-adjustable screen and the wireless charging station in the base. HP includes a magnetic webcam. Attach it to or below the screen edge at your discretion. Just adjust the angle so easily.
Working efficiently
After pressing the power button, Windows 11 Home starts up smoothly. The user environment navigates smoothly and apps open quickly. Not surprising, because based on an Intel Core i7 processor with twelve computing cores and 16 GB of RAM, the system performance is excellent.
The Envy 27-cp0350nd does produce some noise. During busy work, the fans can be heard a bit. You only notice that in a quiet room.
A mouse and keyboard with a pleasant touch are included. The tiny scroll wheel of the mouse does take some getting used to. It’s nice that the wireless receiver is integrated in the machine, so that no USB device sticks out.
Editing images in 4K
The integrated 1TB SSD offers enough space to install graphics apps. This is where this machine comes into its own. After all, the colorful 27-inch screen of 3840 × 2160 pixels offers a lot of added value for image editors.
Connect additional monitors via HDMI or the USB-C ports if desired. Keep reflections in mind in strongly lit rooms. The Bang & Olufsen speakers present sound slightly better than the speakers of an average laptop. So don’t expect too much from that.
bloatware
HP has a knack for providing new systems with all kinds of bloatware. Despite the high purchase price, this is unfortunately no different. For example, in the start menu we see trial versions of Dropbox, Adobe Express, LastPass, ExpressVPN, McAfee and Duet Display. A shame, because this immediately pollutes the system.

Conclusion
For multimedia enthusiasts and creatives, the HP Envy 27-cp0350nd is a great all-in-one PC. The system is fast and has a pleasant 27-inch screen. Downsides are the screen reflections and bloatware. In addition, the suggested retail price is high.
