Hyundai Bayon will be unveiled next week

Hyundai shoves another small crumb of information our way and announces when exactly we can expect the new Hyundai Bayon.

The Hyundai Bayon has already been announced, accompanied by the almost obligatory series of teasers. This included an undeniably idiosyncratic rear light. The Bayon will be a crossover in the so-called B segment, so the SUV brother of the i20.

Hyundai does not really have such a car at the moment. The Kona comes close, but is slightly larger than alternatives such as the Kia Stonic and Nissan Juke. So there is still room for a smaller and more affordable model, according to Hyundai.

The Hyundai Bayon will be unveiled on March 2, so next Tuesday. This is of course done completely digitally. To underline the special appearance of the car, the marketing department of the Korean brand is opening a whole can of artists. They must support the arrival of the Bayon with nine works of art. There is also a Dutchman involved in that project: Vincent de Boer.
