Renders of the OnePlus Nord N20 5G have appeared. The successor of the OnePlus Nord N10 5G gets a new design philosophy from OnePlus and resembles the new iPhones. In addition to the design, the necessary specifications have also been leaked.
Flat frame and ‘loose’ cameras
The OnePlus Nord N20 5G will probably no longer have a rounded frame, something that was still the case with its predecessor. On the other hand, the device has a flat frame with chamfered edges. This can be seen in images distributed by the well-known rumor spreader OnLeaks. In these images we also see that the device has a 3.5mm jack and a single speaker.
We also see two large camera sensors on the back of the device. Rumor has it that one of these lenses should be a 48MP main camera. The other lens would be an 8 MP variant. It is not yet known exactly what kind of camera this is, but it is probably a wide-angle lens. In addition, we also see a flash and another sensor. Of the latter, it is again not yet known what kind of sensor this is. It is most likely a 2 MP macro camera or a 2 MP monochrome sensor.
Unlike the OnePlus Nord N10 5G, the sensors are loose on the back of the device. With the Nord N10, these were still in one large camera island and it looked very much like the Samsung Galaxy A51.
Specifications
The OnePlus Nord N20 is rumored to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695. A low-end processor that has a 5G modem. Furthermore, the device should have a 6.43” AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The back and the edges of the device are probably made of plastic. The fingerprint scanner can be found in the screen of the device.
When the device should come on the market is still known, the same applies to the price of the device. The OnePlus N10 Nord 5G received a suggested retail price of 349 euros, the expectation is that the N20 should cost about the same.
