Marchel Bulthuis, owner of Electric Motorcycles Netherlands and importer of the Energica brand, among other things, disputes what he considers incorrect speculative reporting and emphasizes that the board of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has decided to start a liquidation process according to Italian law. This creates opportunities for a possible restart.
“It is incorrect that Energica is in the final stages of bankruptcy,” he says. Bulthuis refers to the message from the Board of Directors of Energica Motor Company published on October 14, which states that the manufacturer is in the process of liquidation. However, there is no question of bankruptcy.

“Unfortunately, this message has been misinterpreted in various media. As an importer of Energica motorcycles, we remain confident in the brand.
