iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 are full of major updates such as Dark Mode and Sidecar, but some subtle improvements have also been added. A fine example of this is the ability to quickly connect to a Wi-Fi network from the Control Panel. That is how it works:

  1. Open the Control Center on your iPhone or iPad;
  2. Long press the network box until the new window appears;
  3. Now do the same for the wifi sign;
  4. Select the WiFi network you want to connect to from the list.

Is the network protected with a password? Then you will automatically be sent to the settings where you have to enter the code. From now on, you can switch between networks directly from the Control Panel, because the passwords are saved. The above trick also works when you want to quickly and conveniently connect to a bluetooth accessory via the Control Panel.
