IPhone 13 screen production started, just release in September

LG and Samsung are rumored to have started producing screens for the new iPhones. With that, nothing seems to be able to stop a release of the iPhone 13 in September.

‘Release iPhone 13 again in September’

Due to the pandemic, Apple introduced the iPhone 12 series later than usual last year. Fortunately, it looks like the iPhone 13 release will just be back in September. LG and Samsung have already started producing screens for the new iPhones. That is a month earlier than in 2020.

LG makes the displays for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. Samsung is responsible for the screens in the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. The latter two are expected to get a 120Hz ProMotion display that we know from the iPad Pro. Such a screen refreshes the pixels 120 times per second, making the image look smoother.

The iPhone 13 may get a smaller notch

Apple seems to be doing everything in its power to get the new iPhones to the stores on time. A few days ago we read the rumor that TSMC has already started making the processor for the iPhone 13. That too is earlier than usual. This A15 chip again promises to be faster and more efficient than the A14 in the iPhone 12.

What we already know about the iPhone 13

More than three months before the release of the iPhone 13, we already know quite a lot about the new smartphones. For example, they will probably get a smaller notch and Touch ID under the screen. In addition, according to rumors, the cameras of the iPhone 13 have improved image stabilization.

It remains to be seen whether we can check off all the points on our wish list for the iPhone 13. Want to stay informed of all the news? Then check Facebook or Instagram and sign up for our newsletter!
