More RAM and storage for iPhone 15 Pro
In recent months, there have been several rumors about the amount of RAM and storage that the iPhone 15 Pro will have. According to MacRumors Apple has the following amounts of storage in mind for the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
- 128GB
- 256GB
- 512GB
- 1 TB
There were previously rumors about 2TB storage, but that doesn’t seem to be happening. A rumor on the website Weibo also said that the iPhone 15 Pro comes with 256 GB of storage as standard, but that also does not seem to be true.
For the working memory, Apple uses the same type of RAM (LPDDR 5) for the iPhone 15 Pro as the iPhone 14 Pro (Max). The two amounts of RAM that Apple tested: 6 GB and 8 GB. It is currently not entirely certain how much RAM the new iPhone will have. But Apple may choose to give iPhones with more storage also more RAM.

Apple will finally present the long-awaited iPhone 15 event ‘Wonderlust’ tonight. During this special event, Apple will introduce a series of brand new products, of which the iPhone 15 will be the centerpiece. Just like last year, we can expect four new iPhones.
