iPhone 15 release date
Didn’t buy a new iPhone 14 this year? And are you still waiting for the successor? Then we have good news. The release date of the iPhone 15 is already known. Put September 15, 2023 on ‘busy’ in your calendar, because then the new iPhone from Apple will be released.
Usually new iPhones come out around September, but the exact date is not always known. Now we know more, as Apple Store employees in the UK were told not to take any time off between September 15 and October 7, 2023. If they do ask for free around this period, this will not be honored.
When the release date of the new iPhone is on September 15, the announcement will be a week earlier. Usually that is on Tuesday, so that will be September 5, 2023. The pre-order will then start on September 8.
Still, we have to keep a lid on it. Only the Apple Store in Milton Keynes has received these instructions. But since the release date of the iPhone is always around this period, this date could very well be.
More about the iPhone 15
According to Kuo the iPhone 15 Pro Max will get a periscope camera. The analyst further says that the 1/3-inch sensor of the 15 Pro Max will have a 12-megapixel resolution with f/2.8 aperture, sensor-shift stabilization and up to 6x optical zoom.

Reliable analyst Ross Young also contributes and thinks that the Dynamic Island will come to all iPhone 15 models next year. The Dynamic Island is the oval bar at the top of the screen (which secretly consists of two parts). This bar is the replacement for the notch, which you still see on the standard iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Plus.
