iPhone 16th: lots of quality for less money
Last September, Apple came with the long-awaited iPhone 16 series. For those who thought we had to wait another year now, it is wrong. A brand new iPhone is already available. It is about the successor to the iPhone SE from 2022. This time it is not called SE, but it is better at the iPhone 16 sets with the name iPhone 16th.
Just like its predecessor, the phone has only one camera. It therefore seems as if you better opt for the iPhone 16 (Pro) for beautiful snapshots, but nothing could be further from the truth. We tell you why only one camera is actually very good news.

Take beautiful photos of 48 megapixel
Since the iPhone 14 Pro, the main camera has been able to take photos with a maximum of 48 megapixels. Previously this was only 12 megapixel, also with the iPhone SE 2022. The entire iPhone 15 series also received the 48 megapixel lens and the 16th is also equipped with it. You can therefore simply expect sharp photos of high quality.
Less exposure is not a problem
That single sensor is larger than the lens of the iPhone SE 2022. This means that it leaves more light through. Even if you have to work with less light, your snapshot will come out well. Moreover, you can now find the night mode in the camera app. The smart software thus carries out operations, so that the photo also looks good with little light.
Zoom in twice without loss of quality
The other models from the iPhone 16 models use the other lenses, among other things, to get your subject closer without loss of quality. This can be the iPhone 16 Pro (Max) up to no less than five times thanks to the TetrapRisma-lens. The regular 16 (plus) keeps it twice.
When you consider that the 16th can – with only one lens – also twice, you do not hand in that much to camera functions at all. The average iPhone user usually does not go further than optically zooming in twice. Is more necessary? No problem, because with the iPhone 16th it is still possible to zoom in digitally.
iPhone 16th has a lower price than iPhone 16
Producing one lens is simply cheaper than several lenses and the absence of a number of functions also ensures that the iPhone is cheaper in stores than the rest of the iPhone 16 series. The more advanced camera functions are not necessary for regular users at all, so the iPhone 16th is more than sufficient for many people.
For all this, Apple requires a suggested retail price from 719 euros. The more extensive iPhone 16 costs a lot more with a suggested retail price from 969 euros and for the iPhone 16 Pro the company even asks at least 1229 euros.
