At CES 2024, Jabra unveiled a series of updates to its latest Elite 8 Active and Elite 10 true wireless earbuds. This includes a new algorithm for powerful Active Noise Canceling (ANC), clear conversations and better awareness of the environment with HearThrough.
Jabra is active in the field of audio, video and collaboration solutions and part of the GN Group, which employs more than 7,500 people and is active in 100 countries. The CES tech trade show in Las Vegas unveiled a series of updates to the latest True Wireless earbuds, the Elite 8 Active (€ 199,-) and Elite 10 (€ 249,-), which further improve the user experience.
Improved interaction and new algorithms
The first updates will be available in January. From that moment on, the earbuds contain an easy on and off button Adaptive ANC, HearThrough and Sidetonefeatures, with new ones voice tone prompts. This enables even better interaction and allows users to adjust their earbuds to individual preferences. Users can also customize the device name of their earbuds.
In March, users can expect call clarity optimization for the Elite 10 in busy environments such as offices, restaurants and busy streets. Jabra’s latest noise cancellation algorithm identifies and filters out background voices, ensuring uninterrupted conversations. Jabra’s improvements to the Adaptive ANC on the Elite 8 Active in combination with HearThrough are even more effective when the wind blows hard. This is due to the improved wind noise detection technology.
Updates rollout
The updates will be rolled out in two phases, the first in January 2024 and the second in March 2024. This will be done via the Sound+ app via an over-the-air update at no additional cost, so that the updates are available to existing and new users.
