JBL has provided the Flip 7 with a new design, but that is not the only thing that is new to this popular Bluetooth speaker that can also charge your smartphone.
In London, JBL presented plenty of new audio products, such as the Partybox 520, Partybox Encore 2 and the JBL Flip 7. The JBL Charge 6 was also given a new look to make a more powerful, more pronounced sound, according to JBL.

The Charge 6 is now equipped with a removable and versatile carrying strap to easily take the charge everywhere with you and on the other to make the audio sound better. In any case, the introduction of AI Sound Boost and an improved woofer for deeper bass is better. That AI Sound Boost technology analyzes the music in real time and optimizes the driver in the speaker without distortion occurring.
In addition, thanks to Auracast, your friends can synchronize their compatible speakers with this Charge 6 for a joint and nicer sound experience by listening together via/to one audio source. Another plus is the strikingly long battery life for up to 28 hours with Playtime Boost. Finally, the Charge 6 lives up to its name: it is equipped with a built-in USB-C powerbank to charge your devices at any time.
Price, colors and availability
The JBL Charge 6 is available from 1 April 2025 via JBL.com and selected retailers, and has a suggested retail price of € 199.99. Available colors are black, blue, white, red, camo, pink and purple.
