With new three-cylinder engine
Land Rover Discovery Sport P300e
Land Rover presents a new 309 hp hybrid powertrain with charging capability. The P300e version will become available for the Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque.
Land Rover expands its hybrid offering with the Discovery Sport P300e and Range Rover Evoque P300e. The basis is formed by an engine that Land Rover has never used before, a 1.5 three-cylinder petrol engine that is derived from the four-cylinder 2.0. The new motor has an output of 200 hp and is supported by an 80 kW electric motor. The system power of the P300e version is no less than 309 hp, the combined torque 540 Nm. Both models are equipped with a new eight-speed automatic and are powered by four wheels.
Thanks to the 15 kWh battery, which is placed under the rear seat, the two models drive more than 60 kilometers fully electrically. Charging is also possible via a fast charger, which recharges the batteries 80 percent in half an hour. For the Discovery Sport P300e, Land Rover reports fuel consumption of 1.6 l / 100 km (1 in 62.5) and CO2 emissions of 36 g / km. The slightly more streamlined Range Rover Evoque consumes 1.4 l / 100 km (1 in 71.4) and emits 32 g / km of CO2.
Due to the low CO2 emissions and therefore low CO2 load, the new P300e version has become the most accessible engine version for both Discovery Sport and Range Rover Evoque. Land Rover delivers the hybrid in conjunction with all regular trim levels. You will find the prices in the table below. All versions are also available with sporty R-Dynamic decoration. The surcharge is 2,050 to 2,450 euros, depending on the version and model.
