The new German brand Lemmo comes with the electric bicycle One E+Bike that you can use both as an e-bike and as a normal bicycle. The battery is in a removable Smartpac.
During the Fully Charged Show in the Amsterdam RAI from November 24-26, Lemmo, a new brand in the world of electric bicycles, will present its e-bike to the Dutch public. This electric bicycle One E+Bike has something very handy and unique: the Smartpac (battery and controller) is available separately, so the Lemmo One can be used both as a traditional bicycle and as an e-bike. Lemmo stands for Light Electric Micro Mobility and wants to reinvent the way people think about electric mobility. In the RAI you will find Lemmo in hall 11, stand 428. You can also plan a test ride via the Lemmo website, where you can also order the bicycle. There is currently a special Black Friday promotion running.
Versatile Lemmo bike
Lemmo introduces an innovative approach to electric cycling, because the Lemmo One E+Bike can be used both as a traditional bicycle and as an e-bike. This flexibility and versatility is made possible thanks to the detachable Smartpac, an all-in-one smart technology package consisting of a battery, motor controller and IoT components. And also the Dual Mode Hub with which you can disconnect the motor with a simple turn of a cap and the hub rotates completely without resistance.
What makes the Lemmo bicycle unique is that the Smartpac can also be purchased and rented separately. The Smartpac’s data can be easily managed via a handy app, which allows users to locate, lock and manage the bike. The 250W battery offers a range of no less than 100 kilometers of cycling fun and can be charged in just 3.5 hours. Moreover, the Smartpac is removable, so you can safely take it with you when you park the bike somewhere.

Sustainability
While cycling is naturally more sustainable than driving a car, Lemmo raises the standard in sustainability even higher. The Lemmo One can be used both as an e-bike and as a traditional bicycle. A traditional bicycle generally lasts longer than a pure e-bike. In addition, the Smartpac is easy to replace, without renewing the entire bicycle. Without built-in e-parts, the bicycle is easier to maintain and lightweight (15 kg). This also makes the Lemmo One very suitable for city residents who live on a higher floor. The bicycle frame is made of recycled aluminum and without weld seams, which keeps CO2 emissions to a minimum.
Price and availability
On the Lemmo website you can put together your bike, for example in an ST, L or XL size, and whether you go for the regular version or the e-bike version. We will update this article with more information soon.
