You should consider this in linseed tea
In general, flax tea is well tolerated. The State Center for Nutrition in Baden-Württemberg (learning) recommends a dosage of three cups of linseed fluid every day. According to general assessment, flax seeds are also harmless for pregnant women who suffer from digestive problems.
However, you should be careful if you take medication: The mucus contained in flax seeds can difficult or prevent medical ingredients through the intestinal mucosa. It is therefore advisable not to collect flax seam tea and medication together, but with two to three hours. The same applies to psyllium husks.
