Live Stream Apple Event: Follow the unveiling of the iPad Pro, AirTag and more

Tonight at 7 p.m. Dutch time, the first Apple event of 2021 will start. We expect several new products, including the highly anticipated AirTag and iPad Pro 2021. In this article we explain how to watch all announcements via the free live stream.

This is how you follow the Apple event live stream from April 2021

Normally, the first Apple event of the year always takes place in March, but in 2021 things have moved to April. The event takes place completely digitally, so there is no audience. Instead, Apple pre-recorded the presentation.

The livestream will start at 7:00 PM Dutch time. From then on you can watch the presentation. For the vast majority of people, YouTube is the easiest place to watch live. Check out the video below or click on this link.

Other ways to follow the live stream

Of course you can also follow the Apple event live stream via Apple’s official website. The best way to watch it depends on the type of device. Below we have summarized how to follow the live stream per product:

  • iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 9+ (via this link)
  • Mac with Safari on macOS 10.11+ (via this link)
  • PC with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 (via this link) or Google Chrome / Firefox on other devices
  • Apple TV second or third generation with version 6.2 (via the Apple Events channel)
  • Apple TV fourth generation (via the TV app)

Apple will (probably) announce this

Most likely, Apple will present several new products tonight, including the AirTag. This tracker has been leaked many times in rumors and it is high time that the sleuth was made official.

We also expect to see the iPad Pro 2021 tonight. The best iPad of 2021 seems to get a new mini LED screen, among other things. Perhaps Apple will also announce the iMac 2021 tonight, which would appear in all kinds of fresh colors, and a new Apple TV.
