Logitech G today announced the Logitech G309 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse. The G309 features a premium design, precise tracking, reliable performance, and the ability to pair with the same dongle as your keyboard.

The G309 features Powerplay technology, which allows the mouse to be charged wirelessly while playing without the use of an AA battery. For this you do need to purchase the Logitech G PowerPlay Wireless Charging System. The G309 can also be used with an AA battery. With an AA battery you can play up to 300 hours in Lightspeed mode and even up to 600 hours in Bluetooth mode.
When players use other Lightspeed devices in addition to the G309, they can be paired via the Logitech G Hub. This allows multiple devices to be connected to a single dongle. The G309 also features optical, mechanical buttons for optimal speed and response time.
